The food selection featured excellent Sicilian cuisine, but the room felt outdated and cleanliness could be improved. Lovely pool area for relaxation.

The place was clean, I booked the suite with views of street, everything was really good. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The hotel's location was particularly good in the restaurant at dinner too...

Excellent and cozy rooms with views of garden and with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Large private bathroom. Ideal and amazing location at walking distance from Akragas.

Beautiful setting -----breakfasts were mediocre(instant coffee!)----charging for internet is annoying and cheap------the staff were very considerate and helpful and the evening meals were outstanding!
poor breakfasts and charging for internet services is cheap for such a fine hotel

Hotel in a nice position for "Valle dei Templi" and even not too far away from Agrigento city center. Very nice garden, nice large room.

The room décor feels obsolete and certainly needs modernizing!!! The enforced swim cap rule for the pool seems downright silly and inconvenient, especially for just tying up your hair!!! Towels should never come with a charge, that's just petty!!! Cleaning could use more attention, particularly in high-traffic areas.

The swimming pool was closed. It is open only as of June, it was not mentioned when making a reservation.

Consider requesting a room with a garden view for a peaceful ambiance and choose the breakfast option to enjoy generous offerings.

This hotel is a disaster !!!! 4 star is impossible . We took a suite. The Hotel is really old, the airconditioning was not working, the swimming pool was dirty and last but not least the front desk people did not care. This Hotel should not even appear in Booking.

Our rooms were very good and quiet although I did hear another couple asking to move rooms because of traffic noise so perhaps standards vary from room to room depending on location
Apart from the poor quality of the restaurant for main meals (breakfast was fine) on one morning the hotel missed the alarm calls we had booked. It didn't matter that much but we wanted to ensure that there was no repetition. The member of staff we dealt with refused point blank to admit that a mistake had been made so that a low key problem became elevated into a really annoying issue because of her manner; all the other staff were fine.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was close to the Temples which are the main reason for visiting Agrigento. Buffet breakfast was provided. Hotel had a pool and parking. Buses run from out the front.
Although located close to the Temples, this also means it is out of town and there are no facilities nearby. No restaurants or shops, so you are forced to eat in the hotel restaurant which was mediocre. You cannot even buy a can of soft drink or packet of chips at the hotel so need to have your supplies with you.

It wasn't to far from the City of Agrigento which is a lovely city that really comes to life in the evening. Its about a 1km walk into the city up hill but that is grand for when you are coming back. The food in the hotel was very good but a small bit over priced and there is a service charge put on top of the bill. The rooms where comfortable and clean and there was a good range of channels on the TV for the kids. However Sky TV was extra. The staff in general were very nice and helpful.
The walls are a bit tin which means you can hear toilets flushing, etc.The hotel could do with a bit of TLC and up dating. My main disappointment was that they charge for the internet. In this day and age Wi Fi should be free the cost of the hotel was enough for it to be included. 6 euros for an hour was a bit much. this could easily be cost into the price of the rooms over the year. The pool area was also not open. There was no mention of the pool being closed for this period. If i had known this i would not have booked the hotel especially when we had the kids with us.
